Shipping Policy – Matcha Kokoro

At Matcha Kokoro, we aim to deliver your order with speed and care. All orders are typically dispatched on the next business day, subject to stock availability and order confirmation. Please note:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • During promotional periods or high-volume times, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

📦 Australia Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $99 AUD; otherwise, a flat rate of $10 AUD.

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD (delivery within 1–3 business days).

All Australian orders are shipped via courier and are fully trackable. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where someone will be available between 9 AM and 5 PM. If no one is present, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest post office or depot.

Note: Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT, and regional/rural areas may take longer and are subject to carrier schedules.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150 NZD; otherwise, $10 NZD.

  • Express Shipping: $15 NZD (delivery within 3–6 business days).

🇸🇬 Singapore Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: $10 SGD (3–9 business days) for orders under $150 SGD. Free for orders over $150 SGD.

  • Express Shipping: $15 SGD (2–5 business days).

🇺🇸 United States Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD (5–13 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $20 USD (2–5 business days) for orders under $150 USD. Free for orders over $150 USD.

⚠️ Please note: Some U.S. orders may incur import duties or taxes upon delivery, as determined by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned, held, or abandoned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🇨🇦 Canada Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: $10 CAD (5–13 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $20 CAD (3–6 business days) for orders under $150 CAD. Free for orders over $150 CAD.

🌍 Europe, Asia & Middle East

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (5–15 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $25 AUD (3–7 business days).

Additional Information

  • All orders are trackable and, in most regions, may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days, but international customs or courier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

  • Matcha Kokoro is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged in your country.
